Isyana Sarasvati & Vidi Aldiano Rilis Single Baru “Frenemy”, Berikut Liriknya

RADARBEKASI.ID, JAKARTA – Setelah menutup babak reflektif lewat rilisan sebelumnya, Hari Ini yang menggandeng Hindia, Isyana Sarasvati kembali mengejutkan publik dengan gebrakan musik terbarunya. 

Kali ini, ia menggandeng sahabat lama sekaligus rekan musisi, VIDI (Vidi Aldiano), dalam sebuah kolaborasi segar berjudul Frenemy. Lagu ini resmi dirilis pada 16 Mei 2025 di bawah label REDROSE Records.

Berbeda dari nuansa melankolis yang mendalam dalam lagu sebelumnya, Frenemy tampil lebih cerah dan energik. Lagu ini mengusung tema unik: hubungan love-hate yang dibalut dalam nuansa jenaka dan dramatis, namun tetap terasa tulus. 

Isyana menyebut bahwa Frenemy adalah lagu yang playful, menggambarkan dinamika persahabatan yang kompleks namun erat layaknya hubungan antara Tom dan Jerry.

“Seperti Tom & Jerry, mereka selalu kembali akur, dan justru itulah bukti kekuatan persahabatan mereka,” ungkap Isyana dalam pernyataannya, dikutip Selasa (20/5/2025).

Proses kreatif di balik lagu ini pun terbilang istimewa. Isyana dan VIDI menulis langsung lirik Frenemy, dibantu oleh Josh Gabbard, komposer asal Amerika Serikat yang juga bertindak sebagai produser.
